About Tom Cavaliere

Program MANAGER

Tom Cavaliere is the Program Manager for CampusCT, setting the vision and strategic direction for the State of Connecticut's signature college retention initiative. In addition to this role, Tom serves as a Senior Associate at AdvanceCT, where he works in close cooperation with state, regional and local partners to drive job creation and new capital investment in Connecticut through business attraction, retention and expansion efforts.

A Connecticut native, Tom received his bachelors in International Studies from American University’s School of International Service in Washington, D.C. He moved back to Connecticut in 2020 and now resides in the Westville neighborhood of New Haven.

Tom’s favorite thing about Connecticut is community: “there’s a diversity of groups and organizations across the state eager for young, energetic people to get involved. Whether it’s in arts and culture, politics, manufacturing or science – Connecticut is really the place to find your vibe.”
