CampusCT is an initiative of the Governor’s Workforce Council (GWC) and led by AdvanceCT to grow Connecticut’s talent pool by providing students with more meaningful experiences in their college years and highlighting the rich, diverse quality of life in the state. AdvanceCT is a non-profit that works in close collaboration with the CT Department of Economic and Community Development (DECD) to implement high impact and inclusive economic development solutions for the state.
CampusCT provides employer partners significant value across three areas: branding, talent acquisition, and direct networking with college students. During the Spring 2023 Semester, +92,000 Connecticut college students were enrolled in our weekly newsletter. CampusCT also serves as your ‘boots on the ground’ – attending career fairs across the state and meeting directly with student groups – to drive greater traffic to your brand and open roles.
CampusCT is not in competition with other career service and job platforms (ie, Handshake, LinkedIn, Indeed), but rather a compliment to an employer's omnichannel approach to talent acquisition. In contrast, CampusCT is exclusively dedicated to:
